Call Centers: Inform & Interact with Customer about Services and Products with Smile

Karmanya emphasis on the customer support perspective to provide quality technical support to our customers, we have special team to cater our clients 24/7 to solve their queries in order to facilitate them.

A call center is a centralized office used for the purpose of receiving and transmitting a large volume of requests by telephone.

A call centre is operated by a company to administer incoming product support or information inquiries from consumers. Outgoing calls for telemarketing, clientele, and debt collection are also made. In addition to a call centre, collective handling of letters, faxes, and e-mails at one location is known as a contact centre.

A call centre is often operated through an extensive open workspace, with work stations that include a computer, a telephone set/headset connected to a telecom switch, and one or more supervisor stations. It can be independently operated or networked with additional centers, often linked to a corporate computer network, including mainframes, microcomputers and LANs. Increasingly, the voice and data pathways into the centre are linked through a set of new technologies called computer telephony integration (CTI).

Most major businesses use call centers to interact with their customers. Examples include utility companies, mail order catalogue firms, and customer support for computer hardware and software. Some businesses even service internal functions through call centers. Examples of this include help desks and sales support.

BPO: Business Procession Outsourcing, BPO Company, Outsourcing Company

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is the leveraging of technology or specialist process vendors to provide and manage an organization’s critical and/or non-critical enterprise processes and applications. The most common examples of BPO are call centers, human resources, accounting and payroll outsourcing. Business process outsourcing may involve the use of off-shore resources.

Use of a BPO as opposed to an application service provider (ASP) usually also means that a certain amount of risk is transferred to the company that is running the process elements on behalf of the outsourcer. BPO includes the software, the process management, and the people to operate the service, while a typical ASP model includes only the provision of access to functionalities and features provided or 'served up' through the use of software, usually via web browser to the customer.

Karmanya’s current BPO services are more of value added services to it current customers whether it is providing addition support to its customers or taking that extra step to set up for its customers a facility that helps customers achieve its short term goals.

We offer our customers solutions where they either need to make the investment or they do not have the infrastructure or manpower to provide or manage processes that they essentially want to give to their customers. For e.g. managing a 24 x 7 customer support system be it order placement or queries on products for a yahoo store customer is something we offer as an additional services to our customers who may require us to fill the gap till they can set up a customer support system.

JSP: Java server Pages Expert, JSP Developer, Jsp Programmer, Jsp Programming

Java server pages is emerging technology of sun JAVA which allows to build web application with the latest functionality to run your web pages on the web which offers ecommerce solutions to our esteem clients.

Java Server Pages (JSP) technology provides a simplified, fast way to create web pages that display dynamically-generated content. The JSP specification, developed through an industry-wide initiatives which defines the interaction between the server and the JSP page that contains the format and syntax of the page.

A JSP page is a page created by the web developer that includes JSP technology-specific and custom tags, in combination with other static (HTML or XML) tags. A JSP page has the extension .jsp or .jspx which signals to the web server that the JSP engine will process elements on this page. Using the web.xml deployment descriptor, additional extensions can be associated with the JSP engine.

JSP technology is the result of industry collaboration and is designed to be an open, industry-standard method supporting numerous servers, browsers and tools. JSP technology speeds development with reusable components and tags, instead of relying heavily on scripting within the page itself. All JSP implementations support a Java programming language-based scripting language, which provides inherent scalability and support for complex operations.

Java Server Pages (JSP) technology enables Web developers and designers to rapidly develop and easily maintain, information-rich, dynamic Web pages that leverage existing business systems. As part of the Java technology family, JSP technology enables rapid development of Web-based applications that are platform independent. JSP technology separates the user interface from content generation, enabling designers to change the overall page layout without altering the underlying dynamic content.

JSP pages use XML tags and scriptlets written in the Java programming language to encapsulate the logic that generates the content for the page. It passes any formatting (HTML or XML) tags directly back to the response page. In this way, JSP pages separate the page logic from its design and display.

JSP technology is part of the Java technology family. JSP pages are compiled into servlets and may call JavaBeans components (beans) or Enterprise JavaBeans components (enterprise beans) to perform processing on the server. As such, JSP technology is a key component in a highly scalable architecture for web-based applications. JSP pages are not restricted to any specific platform or web server. The JSP specification represents a broad spectrum of industry input.

A JSP engine interprets tags, and generates the content required - for example, by calling a bean, accessing a database with the JDBC API or including a file. It then sends the results back in the form of an HTML (or XML) page to the browser. The Java Server Pages Standard Tag Library (JSTL) expression language is now integrated into JSP technology and has been upgraded to support functions through which user can easily write and maintain pages. JSP technology uses XML-like tags that encapsulate the logic that generates the content for the page. The application logic can reside in server-based resources (such as JavaBeans component architecture) that the page accesses with these tags. Any and all formatting (HTML or XML) tags are passed directly back to the response page. By separating the page logic from its design and display and supporting a reusable component-based design, JSP technology makes it faster and easier than ever to build Web-based applications.

Java Server Pages technology is an extension of the Java Servlet technology. Java Servlets are platform-independent, server-side modules that fit seamlessly into a Web server framework and can be used to extend the capabilities of a Web server with minimal overhead, maintenance, and support. Together, JSP technology and servlets provide an attractive alternative to other types of dynamic Web scripting/programming by offering: platform independence; enhanced performance; separation of logic from display; ease of administration; extensibility into the enterprise; and, most importantly, ease of use.

The JSP specification is the product of industry-wide collaboration with industry leaders in the enterprise software and tools markets. JSP technology is a key component in the Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition which is highly scalable architecture for enterprise applications.

JSP pages share the "Write Once, Run Anywhere" advantages of Java technology. We at Karmanya have a team of experts who dedicatedly work for your JSP Project requirements.

Anoto Functionality

Written communication has evolved and arrived and is here to stay - Pen and Paper have been the solution. Be it problem solving, creativity or recording - can we even think of doing all these without our pen and paper? - not that we are stuck with them - this is what forms the basis of Anoto functionality. The Anoto functionality helps you continue to be a professional with a Digital edge.

The Anoto technology, entailing interpretation and transmission of handwritten text and images, is based on a special digital pen and a paper printed with a pattern that is invisible to the eye. Advanced image processing and a complex infrastructure allow anything written with the pen on the paper to be transformed to digital media.

The digital pen application uses ink and handles just like a normal ballpoint pen, but it also contains a digital camera, an advanced image processing system and a communication unit, for example for wireless Bluetooth connection to a mobile phone.

The paper consists of an ordinary paper provided with a dot pattern, invisible to the eye, that is either pre-printed or printed on a laser printer. The displacement of the dots, 0.1 millimeters in size, from the relative position enables them to be programmed to tell the pen the exact location on the page – or the whole pad of papers – one is writing on.

The paper consists of an ordinary paper provided with a dot pattern, invisible to the eye, that is either pre-printed or printed on a laser printer. The displacement of the dots, 0.1 millimeter in size, from the relative position enables them to be programmed to tell the pen the exact location on the page - or the whole pad of papers - one is writing on.

Camera Work

By registering the pen's movement across the paper, and also the pressure, the writing is interpreted and digitalized. Hence the technology is not based on characters having to be written in a special way, in contrast to various other applications such as hand-held computers. Even drawn sketches can be interpreted and transferred.

Since the pen's movements are stored as a series of map coordinates and the paper defines where on the paper one is writing, it is possible to go back and complete previous notes in a pad. The technology is capable of interpreting this correctly and putting it in the right context when transmitting it to the digital media.

The pattern enables different parts of the paper to be assigned different functions such as predefining various parts of a form.
